Reporting on the infrastructure review, Torque IT provided detailed analysis on the client’s existing infrastructure. Torque IT ensures inclusion of these reviews as part of the new customer process.
Recommendations were also provided for improvements and to get the most out of their existing software and infrastructure.
The client was presented with information in a clear and succinct manner enabling them to gain a detailed insight into their current infrastructure and actions to take to improve their infrastructure.
As a result of the infrastructure report, IT support and maintenance can now be performed in less time and at reduced cost due to planned and scheduled support tasks.
