Torque IT provided IT consulting services to Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority for the Elizabeth Quay project.

Project Scope

  • Provide cloud backup services for Elizabeth Quay
  • Monitor backup services
  • Regularly test backup solution
  • Monthly reports on backup integrity

Solutions Provided

Torque IT installed a custom backup solution including backup software, onsite and cloud storage solutions and configured the backups for both locations.

Regular checks are conducted on the backup system and full backup restore tests are conducted twice per year with all tests and checks reported.

A planned recovery process and regularly scheduled tests and reports has given the client peace of mind knowing their backups work and recoveries can be completed quickly if necessary.
